Rangers will wear a brand new uniform, meet up regularly, have fun doing activities together and be recognised for their achievements with badges and awards.
Young women in Rangers will follow our programme of interest badges, skills builders and awards and take part in amazing challenges, travel the world and develop skills across our six themes.
We talked to Guides and The Senior Section about what they wanted from Girlguiding – over 4,000 girls and young women told us their views.
Their input showed us we needed to change The Senior Section to better reflect the lives of young women today, and support them to find the roles and opportunities they need to have fun, succeed and thrive in the 21st century.
The transformation of The Senior Section is taking place over the next 12 months.
